I don't think I've seen a better bluing job on a khuk as the one on your WWII. What grit sandpaper did you use, and can you tell us what steps you took in the bluing process and the final finish? I cold-blued an HI village AK a few years ago using Birchwood Casey cold blue from Walmart, and a brillo pad. I was happy with the results but the finish was a bit rougher, and not as satiny and consistent as yours.
