You could try the chem warfare route. Put the creamer in with the chocolate and let him consume all he wants. The Aluminum in the stuff with promptly produce alzihmers and he'll forget where the place is.

If your going to go with chemical warfare, give him an alkaseltzer tablet. It will start fizzing and expanding in his stomach and cause him to explode. It works on birds, I bet it would wok on mice.
