Tactical? Tactical?.. I got your WALRUS IVORY Tactical!

It looks like a user to me John and a dam nice one I look forward to getting a big finger print on the blade at little rock.

Even the tactical hole in the guard for the lanyard John. I am thinking a gentlemans tactical, tactical excellence indeed. Great stuff and yes I will definitely get a closer look at Little Rock.
Brion

You should cerakote that thing, maybe wrap the handle with 550 cord. Bro.

I'm kidding of course. This knife is exquisite - fierce and purposeful but still elegant and stylish, as all your knives are. The spacer and finial add a nice contrasting element, and the hamon tells tales, too... Bravo!

I don't know about tactical, but badass Alaskan workhorse ribsplitter, sapling slicing piece of awesome it is.

This KNIFE would have a calming effect on a person.

THE PERSON HOLDING IT.

It also is a WONDERFUL LOOKING KNIFE.
NICE Attention to Key Details.
GREAT SHEATH

Don't gimmie that black handled, Kydex sheath business! Here's a back alley tactical.

There's 11 1/4 inches of clay-hardened W-2, forged from 2" round bar, with 416 stainless guard and butt-cap. The guard has a forward lanyard hole and a curl to the bottom lug for your finger.

The collar, finial, and the top to the take-down tool are rust-browned Damascus, with 24 K gold wire inlay accents by Joe Mason.

The handle is an ancient Walrus Ivory taper. No animal was killed in the last thousand years or so for this knife.

This is a take-down, and the polished tang is cast into the handle with structural epoxy. It's tested by chopping hard dry lumber; ready for any hard use, and can be dis-assembled for cleaning.

Paul Long made that tough, beautiful sheath, and the TD tool "Papoose."

Now tell me this ain't no TACTICAL!

Anyway, even if you don't think this fits the hottest new wave, I like it, and besides, it's the best I can do, old fogy that I am,

John

Beautiful work!
