TAD Banned !!!

In my house, I pay the bills, therefore I make the rules, and enforce them as I see fit. Anyone who doesn't like the way I choose to do that can stay away.

In a sense, this is Spark's "house." We are guests here. Some of us are paying guests, but we all chose to come here. If we don't like the way he runs the show, we don't have to hang around.

I will tolerate thing out on the street or in the grocery store that will get you a knot on your head if you come to my house and try it. I know the analogy is not perfect, but I think being rude on someone else's turf is childish ans unacceptable behavior. To use the man's website, or ofrum, or whatever, and then insult him and take little childish, smirky potshots at him, is lowdown in my book.

when I first read the line "Loyalty above all else, except honour", it go me thinking and I think it's words to live and die by - however I am not RC70 on this line.. I put a lot of importance to friends and would at many times defend friendships selflessly thus the line "I someday want a friend who would stick up for me, eventhough he knew I was wrong..." even at the risk of my own integrity... (sad isnt it?)

I am not going to parrot anything that has been said here.. both sides have made very good points. This is Mr. Sparks' house and we have to at least abide by simple morals and ethics. and if it is indeed true that TAD didn't call back Sparks when this blew up immidiately then there's something wrong... (however noone realized that TAD is very busy - going there lunchtimes the phones are constantly off the hook - putting "politics" on the side doesn't say anythign about a man.. it is like an old significant other I had who would cross analyze everything I said.. if I did A I would be C, and if I said C I would be D.. therefore.. etc etc etc) we don't need to speak for TAD.

eversince I came to the USA (genralizing) I realized that many gentleman believe in "I believe am right.. therefore I will abide by this no matter what." or "I aint saying I'm wrong".. it seems integrity and standing up for your beliefs is more important than finding a solution to a problem and getting along with people.

I do not know who is right and neither do I want to psychoanalyze quoted phrases. Before we defend TAD or jump to conclusions we should hear what TAD has to say - if they even want to be defended or need to.

At any rate I will probably talk to Josh at a free lunchbreak when he is not busy. As much as I have an opinion on what is "right" everythign here is pretty one sided (only Sparks stating his side, and TAD silent) Noone should assume that silence means guilt or cross examine quotes - I still want to give my fellow "Chi. brothers" the benefit of the doubt.

my post bears little importance in the matter I am sure but I jst wanted to know that TAD has my support. and I hope they both resolve these things, cause I am sure both TAD and Sparks are good gentlemen.
