How long do I have to wait to get a reply on my mails (both were mailed on Friday, still no response...)
What is it these days, it seems like companies don't want to sell anymore ???:jerkit:
TADgear alone can expect an order for about 500 bucks, seems enough to me I guess...

Oh, live in Belgium, tried to call them but that doesn't worked either....

What do you mean, calling has not worked for either Tadgear or County.com?

Did you call when the store was open?

I don't know who or what county.com is, but I have always talked to someone whenever I have called Tadgear.

Are you sure you have the email addresses right?

Try Mike@TADGear.com

I am in Australia and was able to call Tadgear with no problems. Do you know that you have to put the US country code on first?

what I've noticed over the years, that a lot of US online stores are very hesitant to do business with Europeans. They don't even take the time to reply, or you get an e-mail like "we don't serve foreign customers"
But.....a lot of US online stores, are very helpfull, and give an even better customer service then local European stores. It's ussually a hit/miss.

All I know about County Comm is they don't sell outside of the US and that makes me sad as a Canuk. They have a lot and I do mean A LOT of cool gear on their site.

Yes. I was not able to find those battery holders anywhere else. Thank goodness I checked before I added much more to the shopping cart.
They haven't replied to a mail asking of they were sure they didn't want to just put a few things in an envelope and take it to the PO.

tadgear... A friend of mine bought stuff from them a few weeks ago, and he was happy with the service. They haven't replied to a mail suggesting that perhaps they could stock the battery holders from countycomm. (They're better than the ones tad has.)

The problem with calling is more likely something with the provider here, must be solved now...will try later...

But I find it very poor that they don't even get me a small reply, my money is worth even with yours I presume, and shipping costs are payed by me...

Like previously said, there is a TON, and I really mean a TON of stuff that is simply not available over here.

If somebody fond himself useful, he can always buy stuff for me and send it over, on my expense of course !!!
(so really want I buy their stuff !!!)

Never had any issues with Tad Gear. Everytime I have called it seems like I get Mike. Of course I live in the states so I might not be getting the carrier problems you have.

As for your E-mail issues, well they do have a fairly small staff so that might be the reason.

Great. :( The last I heard, TAD Gear and CountyComm.com are unfriendly competitors. I don't believe they want to discuss each others' business.

WooHoo, we had contact !!!!
Just phoned them again and had Mike at the line...
Sounds like a nice guy to me....

I will proceed my order then...

Mike and rest of the guys at TAD Gear are awesome. They will do their best to help you out in any way possible.

Nice talking to you Wouter, we are in some pretty different timeszones, and this past weekend we were closed for an R&D trip since Thursday evening. Glad we could get you squared away. ;)

Mike :)
