TAD gear paypal orders

Anyone ever had any problems ordering from tad gear using paypal?

I ordered one of their new Stealth hoodie v3.0 on their website last Friday, I clicked on the paypal option on the order form and it says to allow 48 hours for them to send you a paypal invoice. I've heard nothing back yet, I've given them the email address associated with my paypal account as they requested, and I've set the spam filters on my email so it definitely allows their emails through.

I've emailed them a couple of times, they say they have aggressive email filters so I've used both my main personal email address and the one associated with my paypal account, both of which are gmail accounts and sent the emails to different addresses at tadgear.com. I've not had any response to these emails either.

I've been after one of the tad gear stealth hoodies for ages.

Can anyone out there put my mind at rest?

ive ordered from tadgear too many times to count, and have used paypal a couple times.

ive never experienced any lag or failure to communicate.

maybe call them?

I bought one of their 10th Anniversary Hoodies and had the same experience. I paid for it and got a computer generated response stating they would inform me about shipping etc. Then a month past, so I called them and I was told the delivery was about four months. Strange, it seemed to me the stealth hoodies were in stock.

Sure enough, almost four months to the day, my hoodie showed up. Great gear, terrible communication sums it up.
 
They are good guys over at TAD. Give them a chance to address this directly, give them a call. 415 - 318 - 8252
