Tad Gear = Poor Form

No flame, but when you cancel then reorder, you run the risk of not getting one in time. Especially clearly when quantities are limited.

Look at it this way, you saved money and can buy something else.

Only re-ordered after I received the note that they were in stock. Not upset that I did not get what I wanted, just that I got the note explaining why.

others have said that evan can be a bit 'short'.

ive never had that problem, all my orders have gone through quickly and shipped right away.
 
Old Smith's first post doesn't say what his problem was. Before I comment on TAD Gear did I miss something?

Thanks. I was in TAD's store last week. Lots of cool toys, great friendly service, some really wierd non-outdoor/military stuff. Definately worth the time if you are in SFO.
 
TAD Gear rocks. Plain and simple, excellent stuff, excellent service, and nice guys too. Any problems or questions, just pick up the phone and call.
 
I have never, ever had a problem with TAD Gear. And like many others, I have been dealing with them for years!! Even has never been short with me either.
 
I've also had nothing but good experience with TAD. Everyone can screw up.
The question is, do they correct their error? I think Old Smith corrected his, and I say good form!
