Thank you all for the swedge help. I think it turned out decent on this one. Not perfect in my mind, but I'm pleased how it turned out. Still needs an epoxy treatment, but it's pretty much finished:

Bill -- I have no idea, it's all up to the grinder!

Blinker -- I wrapped it with thin nylon before the 550, but for some reason I had one little "gap" that showed through. Damn cord!
