Appreciate it!! it was not easy but i thought it was very necessary!
#8 is a drop point hunter, going to have curley maple scales and probably brass guards. I put a JTK origional rope file pattern from the point all the way around the tang to the guard! really cool looking but it took forever!! im making it for my dad who makes mandolins and has given me some "scrap" pieces of curley maple to use. he is also a rock climber thus the rope file pattern.
