Luggage rack? I was going to give you a little rope to use as a seatbelt and give you the grand tour of bastidville at around 70-80 mph. We can knock out the back window so you can talk with Blues and Gig. We can duct tape the luggage to the hood.
Gus, remember that I am the luggage I was referring to, and the honor of being seated in the "Buick back porch rocker" so humbled me that I have been in a state of vaklempt all day. Now that you offer a little rope just to keep me safe (I know how scarce rope is with the goats and all)...well shucks...I'm almost speechless...but not quite...
...frankly I'm concerned that if you knock out the back window, Blues and Gig could cause a scene trying to get a turn in the rocker. Not that I'm shy about making a scene, but at 70 to 80 mph, it'll be good to keep the duct tape handy.
I want you folks to know that my new Ray Cover wharncliffe has been earning it's keep here today. It's one fine whittler, and there's sticks a'plenty just patiently waiting.
