I hate to let this one go, but I'm really trying to thin out knives that just sit around. Bought this from Takeda at a show this past October. It is stamped AS which is the designation for super steel (Hitachi I think), also stamped with his mark and city it was made in. It is crazy sharp, I watched him sharpen it in person. Very impressive. 6 7/8" OA. 3 1/8" cutting edge. $115 shipped
