Santa Fe Stone Works. I ordered these from Bill 10 years ago or so. It's a Carving knife and Fork Set and a San Mai Santoku.
Quite and expensive set. The scale material is fosilized dinosaur egg if I recall correctly--and it's on both sides so that was twice the cost of the scale charnge.
I used the Santoku just a little and then it sat in the provide box for years. I can't recall if I used the
Carving Knife or not but they were in a drawer before being transferred back to the provided box. As I said, it's quite an expensive set.
