I decided to take apart my Seagal folder (because of cleaning). But there is problem: I was unable to unscrew the screws ! Aren´t they fixed with Loctite or something like that? I don´t want damage screws.

You can heat up a Loctite-secured screw with the tip of a soldering iron to help break the Loctite seal...at your own risk of course, being careful to pay attention to any surrounding material that may be adversely affected by heat.
Unfortunately, I haven't had to do this yet so have no experience with the heating time(s) involved...
