I just saw a great survival movie that touched my heart. Its called the Pianist with the actor Adrian Brody. I mean real survival. Its about the Holocaust during WWII and its based on a true story. If you want to see a true survival movie that will touch your heart, watch it. Hope you guys enjoy it as much as I did. Thanks.

That was a good movie, and since half of my family is jewish it touched me as well.

A recent one that I thought was a great movie that didn't seem to get much hype was called "Defiance" with the james bond guy in it.
Excellent movie, had a lot of wilderness survival and showed people making shelters in preparation for winter. Very realistic and had a bunch of sad areas of the movie as it too dealt with the holocaust.
It's all based on true events and real people.

Interesting events. A large group of Polish Jews hid in forests through WWII to evade German forces.
