I've had a few customs made to my own specs, both carbon and stainless, and am looking at one of the non-carbon based steels for the next one. I use but don't abuse my knives, but the thought of a knife that can't rust is intriging. Has anyone had any experience with either of these material? I'd like to hear the good and bad to get a feel for the material.
