Talonite, weld?

If I were to make a stick tang ,Talonite blade, is is possible to weld or siver braze a tang to save on the material.

when i first started using stellite over 16 years ago...the only people who had ever heard of it were welders and the guys at the nuke sub base....yes it welds very well.
