Finally, something I can reply to with a degree of authority, since I recently tried to purchase a similarly sized piece of Talonite. The price quoted me for a piece 6.5" x 1.6" x 1/8" was USD$79.58

I have not yet receive the piece I ordered since I only sent the money order a week ago and such transactions usually take slightly over 2 weeks because of the mailing lag.
There has been some talk that there is still no 1/8 stock available because of Camillus producing all those Talons, but hopefully that is no longer true.
On the other hand there are quite a few makers who work with Talonite or Stellite 6K (a similar material). Maybe one of them would be willing to sell you a small bit. I certainly couldn't find any when I asked.
