TALWAR 4" model CS-21TTL

I had the 4” Talwar. What a wonderful knife. The fit and finish on mine was very good. Scary sharp.
As Doc said, the handle wasn’t made for big hands. I gifted mine to my nephew and he loves it.
Haven’t tried the XL version for some reason.
the xl version will fit your xl sized paws too.....😁

I grabbed one of these newer ones. in mail now on its way to me. I'm hoping it's the smoother scale version. I got a handful of the old versions and like 'em except for the pocket shredder too tight clip issue. ruins this knife for me.

Unfortunately the XL version is too large for me to pocket carry comfortably.
I have the Recon 1 XL and it just stays in the drawer.
A Talwar with a 4.5 blade would be perfect, but I don’t think that will happen.
Too bad, because it is such a great design.

Since when is $200 a ridiculous price for S35VN and independent Taiwan's excellent manufacturing?

Depends on where you are located and can order from . And what comparable knives cost for you .

I paid ~$95USD and consider that a steal . But even $200 is not unreasonable , IMO .
