Tamerind Spalt and Amboyna Burl

I recently scored lots of really fine wood burls and spalts...here's a couple folders with the first cuttings. Specs in the photos. As always, thanks for lookin.

Now isn't that tamerind a pretty wood. Those are great looking folders and I really like the filework.

Were did you get he tamerind wood from ,I would love to find some of that to put on some fixed blades.Nice looking work also.

Nathan, I got the tamerind from www.rareexoticwoods.com but I cleaned him out. You can check with him to see, maybe he had some that hadn't been cut yet. If he doesn't have any more and your interested, drop me a line and maybe we can work a swap.
