Tan/Tan Howler Rarity?

How rare is the Tan Res-C handled, Tan Blade Howling Rat? I see lots of black/black, but the only one I've seen is on the SwampShack. I like it.

They were sold at knife shows and on the secondary market.

They are indeed rare. I think you more likely to bag/tag/skin a snipe than found a tan howler. Since my join date, I've yet to see one on the exchanges or for sale, I have seen a few user pics.

But you know some rat's gotta have the complete tan set - battle rat, camp tramp, howler...
