Tang stamp identification Italian SAK?

Can anyone identify the tang stamp on this knife? It's partially obscured by the frame, this is as clear as I could get it. It is on an old 1930's(?) swiss army style knife, the only other markings say INOX, so I'm assuming it's Italian made. Any help would be appreciated.

Inox is the common European term for stainless steel .The Italian would be acciao innossidabile.
The logo, two roosters , would be the identifiers.
