Hats off to Jeff for a fantastic selling experience. Prompt communication and payment. Very polite and professional. We unfortunately had a snag with USPS where the package was delayed and he was extremely patient the whole way through! It wasn’t either one of our faults.... USPS just dropped the ball. I didn't have to lift a finger.. Josh was on it before I even knew there was a problem! Contacted USPS at the first sign of trouble, and kept me informed every step of the way.
On top of all that, the knife arrived in perfect condition, even better then described! Honestly folks, you couldn't ask for a better guy to deal with. Top notch seller etiquette from start to finish.
