Hi Guys,
Got a few new ones here. These Nessmuks started out life as old butcher knives.

I stripped off the old grips, annealed the blades, cut and ground them to shape, drilled new grip and thong holes, re-heat treated the blades, then added new Cocobola grips with Mosiac Pins. Each is made just a little different. Two come with hand tooled, hand stitched sheaths made from heavy duty 9oz shoulder leather, made by me. The other comes with a Treestump Leather Sheath made by Chris Kravitt. Please see the pics below for all the details.

1/8" 1095 Steel
4-5" blades
OAL just under 9"
Heat treated to Rc 57-58
Cocobola Grips
Mosiac pins
SS thong holes.

These were alot of fun to make. There's something special about taking a knife that some would consider old, worn out, and useless, and turning into something useful again. Its like giving it another life.
