Tank Buster initial impressions

Awesome - that is perfect comparison - I'm 100% gong for mags.

BTW, that skinny ash is amazing looking!

I have too many questions - so you like your TB over the Skinny ASH?
 
Tough question. Overall I prefer the TB. The blade seems like the perfect thickness to me. I also really like the blade shape better, the swedge, saber grind and thumb notch/rest all get high marks from me. Aesthetically it's a cooler/more aggressive knife...which I like.

However, I do prefer the ASH's handle. The palm swells fit perfectly in my large hands. Also, may hand fits nice and securely between the front guard and rear talon hole.

I love them both but if I could have only one I'd chose the TB.

I bet they are seeing a HUGE spike in sales these past few days... they got me!

The Tan Canvas Micarta handles seem like a good combination with the Bama Clay blade finish. The one I ordered has non-Magnum handles.

Totally agree - I actually cant imagine any color better than tan going with a BC blade... SHARP combo :D

Very excited for this - wonder how long it will take!
