Tank Buster Specs & Options. . . . YOWZA!!!

Lot's of great choices, but this combo sounds good to me:
Desert shadow camo, tan handles, no choil, heavy swedge, round butt

452 dollars, got it. I'll start selling blood and semen tomorrow.

/not mixed of course

I assume both types of handles are machined? I'd love to see hand-shaped micarta on these babies!

Double Cut, Magnum Black Paper, No Choil, Swedge, Skull Crusher - Sorted!!!

Or...

Moss Green, Black Canvas Magnum, Choil, Swedge, Skull Crusher - Yep.

Black blade, black micarta handle, choil, skull crusher, heavy swedge and depending on if the serrations are on the spine or cutting edge i'll be going for them to.

(I'm deeply hoping that the serrations are on the top, discount Nuclear styling oh yeah!)

A newbie here so excuse my ignorance, but what is a satin finish on a combat grade mean? I thought CG means that its coated or that its unfinished with the dimples.

Thanks in advance.

CG effectively means it's not numbered on this occasion, so you can have a satin finish 'combat grade' just like on the LE, but no LE number or tigerhide handles.

Thanks for the reply, Foxyrick!
That's awesome! You get to save a little money and still get the satin finish!:p:thumbup:

Yep - that's what I'm thinking. I'm not so bothered about having an LE but I like satin!

We'll likely get a heads-up from the Boss before the HG55 goes and these arrive.

The swedge is the unsharpened but beveled top edge of the blade near the tip, looks about 2" long.

Compare the tip-end with the picture below the LE which has a flat, unbeveled top - no swedge.

I'm thinking:

black, with black paper, choil, round butt, no swedge. I'm afraid these are going to be like Lay's potato chips:D

So the LE is swedged... I thought so, but angles can be deceiving.
Thanks FR!!

How much bigger are the magnum handles than the standards? Is the size and color options the only difference? Thanks. :)
