The NMSFNO is a great design and gets my vote. INFI is a Wonder Steel and one of the nicest benefits of great steel is to make larger knives thinner and lighter. The NMSFNO is long enough to provide great chopping ability but in about 2/3 the overall mass of the FBM. If you want to hike with whatever knife you get this may make a significant difference.
If you do not do much chopping but smaller tasks and you practice battoning I would use the knife you already have and get one of the smaller Busse knives like the Culti etc. These smaller knives really show the edge retention etc. better then knives that are used to chop (if that makes sense).
