Tank Circulation Pump

I am upgrading my quench tank with a heater system, and thought while I'm at it I might as well make a parkerization tank as well. I found all of the components I need other than a 12v submersible circulation pump that can handle the heat. The ones I am finding say not to submerse if the temps are above 122f. Can someone lead me to a reasonably priced submersible pump and voltage adapter that will handle temps to 200f? Both tanks are relatively small. 1.5 to 5 gallons
Thanks

I installed a circulation pump in my quench tank setup. I located an older vane pump, it runs external of the oil. It has a large sediment screen that is integral to the pump. I have the oil pick up mounted high in an 8 gal tank, two inches below the surface of the oil. I find having the inlet high up makes for cleaner oil through the pump and screen. The oil leaves the pump and runs through a copper coil submerged in a water filled container, where I place ice with salt. With this set up, I can quench 30 pieces consecutively and it raises the temp 45 degrees fh. I start at 100 and finish at 145. The oil is returned to the tank close to the bottom. I had them reverse of this in the beginning. I didn't care for this set up.
I think there has to be a filter in the system or it will plug the pump. I take the screen out and clean it every other time. My chiller tank is one of those plastic Rubbermaid waste baskets.
Best of luck, Fred

Thanks Fred. A cooling system is a pretty cool idea although With me only making one blade at a time I doubt I'll require it. Thanks for the tip on installing the oil pickup on top.

You might be able to rig up an electric automotive oil pump. They run oil that is much hotter than 120...
