Tanto by busse or busskin?

Here's my camp knife. The axe.. IMO the taliwhacker is more for Dispatching your enemy than camp chores ( Cleaning Game,Firewood, clearing Brush..etc.) It's to light and thin to be a good chopper ,To long to be a good skinner. But if you need a self-defense knife, you can't go wrong with it.

Here's another Tanto Busse
The Shiva Rex (also not a good camp knife)

There's also the option to go more towards custom shop Busse's as well. Here are a few older pieces.

Top one here "americanized tanto"

Here is another one, much nicer looking piece IMO.

And here is probably the ugliest Busse I own. It was a custom SH. I didn't order it this way, just purchased it from the original owner.

So if you don't find what you want, you can contact the shop.

There was a Swamp Rat sword offered in a Ganza at one point in the recent past that was tanto and serrated...if poor memory serves. Anybody got one or the image saved?

This is just stunning... I'll keep my eyes out for this beauty!

Thank you everyone for sharing photos and comments :)

gk4ever2 thank you very much for the detailed specs it seems to fit the bill really nicely the LE from ganza is the one I would like to go with.

They pop up on the exchange from time to time, and have very friendly price tags.

Excellent thank you! How much are we talking BTW?

Well, if people would stop deleting the price from their sale threads after a knife is sold, then the rest of us would be able to search price history.

So true. If you had to rely on some auction site, all you'd know is that these have recently sold for $220-$250 (with a Spec Ops sheath).

Recent pickup of a piece that came out of Knob, Blade aprox 3 3/4", OAL 8"."One off" I was told. Not sure.
