I could use a bit of travel money, so I have a knife for you that won't be making the trip with me to Kansas City. I had never ground a tanto style blade, so on a whim, at least 6 months ago, I ground one. I finally got around to finishing it out this weekend. The knife is 1084 carbon steel, hardened to 60 Rockwell. The tang is tapered, and the blade has a 400 grit hand finish. The handle is contoured green canvas micarta, sanded to 220 grit for a bit more grip (instead of polished to 600 for a bit more shine). Overall length is 6 3/4 with a 2 5/8 blade. Sheath is plain black, right hand vertical. Price is $175.
