Anyone have any experiences with the low priced kitchen knives available from Target such as the KitchenAid, Chicago Cutlery, and Hampton Forge? I'm looking to pick up one of these low-priced small sets (like the 3 knife KitchenAid sets with a Santoku). The Chicago and Hampton ones don't say what type of steel they use. The KitchenAid ones say 420J2. Any opinions/info on these? Thanks.
