Steel- 1095 X 3/16 High Carbon
Heat treat- Blade was ground then nomalized for two cycles. Then it was brought back to temp and quenched in quality quenching oil. Then three, 2 hour tempering cycles.
AOL- 9 inches
Blade- 4 1/2 inches to point on front of scales with a 4 inch sharpened edge.
Handle- 4 1/2 inches
Scales- Ebony
Brass corby rivets, 1/8th brass pin, and brass lanyard tube
RH Sheath was made and hand sewn for this knife. It is made from 8-9 ounce vegetable tanned leather, stained, neatsfoot oil, and leather sheen. It holds the knife securely for a worry free carry.
