Model- Tarheel Hunter
Steel- O1 X 3/16 Tool Steel
Heat treat- Blade was gorund then normalized for two cycles, brought back up to temp with a 7 minute soak then quenched in quality quench oil. Tempered for 3 two hour cycles.
AOL- 8 3/4 inches
Blade- 4 5/8 to front of scales
Handle- 4 1/8 inches
Scales- Green canvas Micarta
Pins and lanyard tube are brass
RH sheath is hand made for this knife from 8-9 ounce vegetable tanned leather, Stained, neatsfoot oil, and leather sheen.

Joe,

I really like the no-bolster approach on this piece. You hit a home run with the angle combination. Take care.
 
I also think the non bolster look works great on this knife and there's nothing wrong with that sheath either. Very nice work.
 
If you hadn't, I would have bui---that's a great looking knife :thumbup:
