Hi,
I am looking for a new pack, preferably about 45 to 60 litres main compartment with detachable side pouches. I found the Tasmanian Tiger brand, the Pathfinder seems to be what i need. Does anybody have experience of this brand? I cant find any info in English, and my German is a bit rusty! Specifically i want to know about the suspension system, long term durability and whether the pouches are PLCE compatible.
Thanks in advance.

What a relief!

For a second, reading the title I thought this was going to be another entry for "When Animals Attack" :D

Hey Badger! Although I didn't look very long, I did find one UK website with the TT Pathfinder. From what I can see, it looks like a decent pack. Ther removable side pockets are pretty decent looking. I wouldn't mind finding those side pockets to add to my Dana pack.

And for less money at another UK site:

If you think it'll work for you, then go for it. Good luck and have fun!

I got a message on bushcraftuk from someone who has used one in Iraq and Afghanistan and he was very impressed with it so they must be ok. I just wish i could find out if it was PLCE compatible. I spoke to one of the UK dealers and he wasnt sure. I dont think it is, but i should be able to get my medicala bag on it somehow. Does anybody know of a MOLLE compatible medical pouch like the PLCE one?
