A simple google search can find your answers. It has cooling packs in it, lasts 2-3 hours, and I could be wrong but it looks like their website says blue for color options. It also has good reviews for the most part.

Yes cooling packs. I did a little research because it sounded good but the color is a no-go for the military. The cooling packs that need to go in the freezer aren't practical for use down range as you would need access to a freezer.
