To make a long story short, Ted Frizzell is a complete gentleman. He was very concerned and extremely friendly through the whole ordeal. He is making me a new knife and sending it out ASAP. This is why his business has withstood the test of time, it is not just the quality of a product but the quality of the people. Ted, thanks again for giving this terrible situation a happy ending.
