Ted Miller Special 58 appraisal

Recently acquired what is apparently quite a rare knife and wanted to know more info on it and an approximate value. All I know is that it is by Ted Miller and has his name etched on the side. I believe he is a Native American who made blades sometime ago and is now deceased and his knives have become quite collectable. It is not in perfect shape as it has some scratches and small oxidation on the side as you can see in the photos. It has what seems to be some gemstones on the side. I would like to know the approximate age and value and any more details on this blade if anyone here happens to know any thing on Ted Miller, would be very appreciated !
