Teflon washers

I've just started to make folders. Can somebody tell me an easy way to cut washers out of a teflon sheet?

I cut my folder washers using leatherworkers punches. The punches need to be sharp.

Oh Yeah, I use Nylatron washers.

Thanks, I'll try that. Sounds like I should try the nylatron also.
