Tek Lok problem?

I just recieved my Camillus CQB-2S, and the Tek Lok looks like it may be missing parts. It does not look adjustable like it's suppose to be.

If I wear it on a smaller belt than 2", it's going to flop around. What part is missing, and where can I get it??

The large Tec-loc has an adjustable bar while the small one doesn't...

I'm not sure which one you should have...

Maybe I have the small one. I'm not sure how to tell the difference.

The small one has nine holes in it and is about 1 inch by 1.5 inches. The large one has 7 holes in it, 2 slots, and is 2 inches by 2.75 inches.
