Jerry could offer Grab Bags, one of which contains a Golden Ticket that allows the Winner to order a Custom Knife.

The Crab Shack makes one custom knife, Jerry Wonka sells more Grab Bags.



P.S. In the zodiac, the Crab is associated with Cancer (June 21/22 - July 21/22). Fourth Of July would be a good time to schedule such an event.

I’ve read about this Crab Shack and seen there work but … Who are they? Where are they? Why do they not take orders?
Let me No what you know about this Crab shack,
I’ve bought a lot of Custom Shop blades but none of them says Crab Shack, in fact they all say Custom Shop ….?

Let’s take a poll.. and hear from the shop…

I’m sure they don’t want to go through the hassle, but I’d love to see Crab Shack markings on the knives they produce. Even if it just says Crab Shack, that would be pretty neat. Maybe even a scary, silver looking crab on the main website, too!

I don't buy grab bags personally as I like what I like so I probably wouldn't favour this myself but it is an idea.

At this stage I've given up on it and moved on.
I just pick up bits I like from the CS as they come up.
I never was a fan of these fancy scales and cerekots but everyone's I'm tastes are different.
I'm a fiend for older blades with hand smoothed black micarta scales and liners, simple but perfect imho .

There could be a Contest, Riddle, Ganzaa, or even a Raffle! There are lots of ways we might convince Jerry to take on a custom order or two. Or five. I like the Golden Ticket idea best. You get the ticket, you win the opportunity to place an order for a custom Busse knife. I think Grab Bags would be the most profitable, but it could be done other ways. They could release the five tickets one by one throughout the year. One with some Grab Bags, one with a regular offering, one from a lottery of those who purchased certain Shop Credits, one with a preselected knife offered during Rolling Thunder, and one from a Contest / Riddle. I know I’m dreaming here, but how cool would that be!?
