This is an incredible fighting style knife made by a maker named Voorhis. This is a sub hilt style knife with nickel silver guards, the steel is 5160 spring steel, and the handles consist of black micarta. This blade has a perfect mirror finish to it , and a beautifully done hand ground blade. The blade is 8 1/2 inches from the guard and the tang is marked VOOHRIS on one side and 11149 on the other , this is the makers reference #. Knife is mint as is sheath. An incredible work of art. It was made by Steve Voorhis he lives outside of Wichita Kansas . I have had 3 of his fighters he uses 5160 mostly and sells his knives at reasonable prices. I don't know of any phone # or address but I will ask around and see if I can contact him . He is a nice guy and I see him at shows here every now and then . There were some of Steve's knives in the Cutting Edge put out by AG Russell a few issues ago .
