I have a reoccurring problem in my lower back that seems to come from nowhere. It likes to give symptoms of a pinched nerve. The best treatment I have found so far is the use of an inversion table. If I hang upside down for several minutes on a regular basis I can feel the pressure points releive themselves and my spine go into a better alignment. The inversion table takes a little getting used to but the results are definitely a major help.
