I was searching the bay for others like it and I found a seller with the same picture. I have bought from them before and they are a good seller, so who took the pic from who?
 
It looks like a Buck Build out that I have for sale. You got it for a great price! The box would say 0655BO-B SHORT NIGHTHAWK CAT. 8734

Either a great bargain or great fake.....more likely it's a great bargain, but you never know until you get it.

On some knives you might never be sure. The art of faking is progressive.

But, unless we start to see many more of this particular model coming up for sale, I'd favor the good deal.
 
Listing says no box but there is one in the pic. I'm confused.

With a deal like that though you can't loose all your money.

Actually, I can't lose anything but some time and a little effort. If it's not what it's supposed to be, I'll just file a dispute with PayPal and get my money back if the seller won't refund.

I don't think there's a problem anyway. It's not the first time that I've bought great stuff real cheap from someone who just didn't know anything about what they had. I think the picture was a stock photo or one the seller "borrowed" from someone else.
 
If you get that knife it is a short Nighthawk or 655 with no coating on the blade and no serrations. Show us what you get.
 
I think I was wrong and it is the long one or 650. Here are the ones I have. Top to bottom 650, 651, 653, 655.

It was shipped today so I should have it shortly and will post pictures. It's not something that I would normally buy, but the BIN price was right. If I find a good price, I'll buy just about any Buck. Heck, I even bought an Ecolite 110 'cause I got one with a leather sheath for under $20.

Well, it came today and it wasn't too good to be true afterall. "preowned" but it sure doesn't appear to have ever been used. It isn't really my cup of tea, but for under $15 I'll take it. Is it the buildout?
