It's sure a chunk of steel for it's size. It's about the same overall as a 119 but weighs more than a 120.

That is a build out Buck did about a year and a half ago. They were also selling some standard 655 FB's the list had them one number apart, I wanted a the bead blasted old style non-coated blade. When the arrived I was pissed that I got sent the FB's....then I looked at my copy of the order form. What a DA I was, put the check mark in the wrong box. The kids loved those two FB Buck knives, I told them the FB on the blade was a commemorate for their late Grandpa Fred Burton;).

It is not a "catalog item" you won't find it on their website. Buck used left over blades or handles and they are a "Build out" knife. That knife would normally have a black oxide blade and serrations. You did good. It is still made in the USA at Bucks factory in Post Falls Idaho.
 
Plumb After your post I went looking and bought the 650,655,,, I wanted the 651 but I got beat out well over $100
