Tell me your favorite Benchmades!

I've owned Benchmades for a long time. My current favorites are the Barrage 581 and the Stryker 913. I also sometimes carry my older AFCK and Leopard. I'm always on the search for new Benchmades to add to my group and currently I'm looking at the 520 Presidio and 890 Steig... I would also pick up another 913 as a backup if I have the chance and I'd really like to have that limited ed. 520 in M4. I might even get a 275 Adamas some day.

I loved my old Ares, but gave it to my brother. I wanted to like the 710 and 806 but just couldn't do it. I liked the old Ambush models too. Oddly, I also really liked the 805 TSEK. And my favorite of all was/is the old BM42 balisong, though I think I'd really like a small Morpho for EDC. The balisong is the original one handed folder, safe for double edge carry, and the strongest lock on any folder. I really want another balisong.

The brighter red in the middle has stock scales from a red 520T trainer. The other 2 were stock blacks I had stripped/reanodized/recolored. If your 943 getting slippery tho be aware that neither the trainer scales nor the recolored ones retain any of the "chalkiness".

I think bead blasting the scales before the reanodizing will help with the slippery feel. It won't be chalky, but it won't be slick. I think my wife has sent my Presidio scales off to get reanodized, but I won't know until Christmas.

755MPR. Will be getting a 300SN in a week or 2, and suspect that will move into 2nd place. Also have a Mini-Grip, Mini-Barrage, and Presidio.
