I like to do 3 cycles,Im working with 1084 and 1095,can the last 2 cycles be done the next day?I will do the first 1 right after quinch and cool.

I posted this exact same question. Everyone says it is best to do it right after the blades cool from the quench. The best thing to do would be to do it both ways and test then break them. I plan on doing that when I get my own oven.

The first cycle should be done as soon as possible after quench. There are severe stresses in the blade and in more complex steels, some retained austenite.
After the stress is relieved, and the RA is converted, the need for speed is far less. If done the next day, there should be no harm.
Between the tempers, it is best to cool the blade quickly by dunking in water or putting under the running faucet. This will not warp or crack the blade, but will avoid some metallurgical issues caused by slow cooling ( most of which are very minor, but do matter). You can cool it off, wipe it dry, and put it right back in the oven.

I like to do the hardening at nite,Because im new at it and like to watch the colors and shadows flicker. guess i should save that for weekends so i can be up late.
