Tempering info needed

Hi guys
I need some advice on tempering these two carbon steels:

UHB20C (1870) carbon steel,
C-1,0 Si-0,3 MN-0,4 p-0,02 S-0,015

UHB17VA carbon steel,
C-0,85 Si-0,3 MN-0,55 V-0,2 P-<0,02 S-<0,02

Some kind of tempering curve, showing temp vs. hardness would be nice, but I haven't been able to find any.

I didn't find info on their website either. When in doubt for carbon steel for a knife use 400 F temper [200 C]. You might try contacting them directly.
