Tempering question

Hi
I just quenched a chopping tool,axe,knife piece that I forged out of 5160.{pictures later}
At what temperature would be good for tempering if the main purpose would be for light chopping and splitting kindling mostly.What RC would be good for that?--Low to mid 50's?? then what temperature for tempering would be good?

I know there are charts around somewhere for this but can't find them right now.

Temper it at 500F for a target of Rc55-56.
