I've got both. I think that the baby Socom is better made, although not by much. The main difference is size and how robust the knife is. The tempest has a longer blade which is much heavier...certainly more of a weapon or utility knife. the baby Socom is a smaller, lighter, general-purpose pocket knife. Both are nice...
