Ten Years After GAW

How could I not enter? I've been rather busy lately, and haven't had much time for the forum, but I always love seeing you here on the Porch Jolipapa Jolipapa

I had a hard time trying to figure out what picture to share, but I liked this panoramic shot I took of a cut-bank on a recent survey near a fish hatchery. It captures the lush damp green of Oregon quite nicely I think.20250604_124326.jpg

Congratulations John! Finally, you’ll be able to have a little versatility in your collection! I’m sure that I’m not the only one who’s getting tired of seeing your same other few hundred knives posted! 😜😂🤣 Way to go Buddy! I’m glad to see it going to a great contributor. 🍻 Lance

You're welcome John,
Thank you for your patience, they finally found an arrangement and refuelled the planes !
Some save cats or dogs, others also rescue knives (the tiny pradel was assembled from parts found in the dump yard after closure). There's even a kick!
The larger violin was made by Issard for Courty, an old parisian shop, jigged bone is rarely used this side of the pond.
But you know all that!
Enjoy this modest tribute to all the friendship I found on the Porch!
😊

Happy 4th of july to you and all fellow US members.
Alain
