For those who don't know, Terry's knives are rare because his production is low, and hardly anyone sells them, once they get one! When he will take orders, the wait is several years.
He is in the top 5 or 10 traditional makers in my opinion, and his knives sell out in minutes (or less!) at the Oregon show that I attend every year.
His knives are sole authorship. He jigs and dyes his own bone, heat treats his own steel etc.
I am selling
a few customs to purchase some antique knives from a collection:thumbup:.
This Gent's knife is about perfect. Never carried or sharpened, it has a half-stop, and all snaps are nicely firm, without being difficult. An exquisite piece!
I see another like this on a dealer's site for $1150. My price is $750 including insured shipping to the U.S.A!
Added:
I have been told my price was a bit high, so I have lowered it. A better deal from a hard to find maker!!
